p56 Terms & Conditions — Rules That Protect Everyone

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you") and p56 ("p56," "we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing p56 at https://p56.bar, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

All bets placed at p56 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that event or game category. General betting rules include:

• Using p56 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).

p56 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

In the event of account closure by p56 for non-violation reasons, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, after any required deductions.
